The available browser tools do not collect payment, so there is no Ephemera purchase to refund in this version. No refund guarantee or time limit is offered for a paid plan that is not open for sale.
Digital tools and physical returns
These are digital tools. No physical goods are shipped or accepted for return. Refund eligibility, request methods and remedies for failed delivery must be disclosed before paid purchasing starts.
An unfamiliar charge
A page visit or tool use does not authorise a charge. If you see a charge you cannot identify, check the seller and contact information on your receipt and contact your payment provider as appropriate. Do not send card details or passwords through a scratchpad.
